Here you will find helpful and important information that you will need if you live in a room at the Studierendenwerk Mannheim.

On-call service

In emergencies (power failure, heating failure, hot or cold water failure, flooding, etc.) our emergency service can be called (for help) outside office hours 0800 / 100 18 73 (free of charge)

Key emergency service

Telephone: 0621 / 10 15 61. Please note that the costs for opening the door amounting to 95 euros must be paid directly (any costs incurred for keys to be replaced will be invoiced separately).
