Terms and conditions for the “The Bride – Es lebe die Braut” on Instagram

1. By participating in the competition on Instagram, the user accepts these terms and conditions.
2. The organizer of the competition is the Studierendenwerk Mannheim AöR, L7, 8 in 68161 Mannheim.
3. The last opportunity to participate in the aforementioned promotion ends on  03.03.2026 at 10:00 a.m.
4. Each person is only allowed to participate once per question.
5. Students enrolled at the five state universities in Mannheim who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 16 are eligible to participate.
6. Employees of the Studierendenwerk Mannheim AöR and their relatives are not allowed to participate in the competition.
7.  Students from Mannheim who comment the Instagram post between 28.02.2026 (10:00 a.m.) and 03.03.2026 (10:00 a.m.) follow us on Instagram are eligible to win.
8. The 5 winners will be randomly drawn from all participants and notified via direct message.
9. The winners must send a private Instagram message to the official Instagram page of Studierendenwerk Mannheim by 12 noon on 05.03.2026 at the latest. Otherwise the claim to the prize will be forfeited.
10. Two tickets will be raffled off for the movie “The Bride – Es lebe die Braut”, which will be released on 05. March, 2025.
11. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be paid out in cash.
12. Studierendenwerk Mannheim is entitled to make changes to the prize. In this case, the winners will receive an appropriate substitute prize.
13. The judges’ decision is final.
14. Participation via competition clubs, automated services or other service providers is not permitted.

16. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. The user relationship between the participants and the Studierendenwerk Mannheim is governed by German law.
17. Studierendenwerk Mannheim reserves the right to end the competition at any time, in whole or in part, without observing deadlines. This applies in particular if, for technical (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram, proper execution is not guaranteed.
18. This promotion is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. By participating in this contest, all participants release Instagram from any claims or liability in connection with the contest. Instagram is not available as a point of contact for the competition.
